In 2021 I signed a poorly written contract with my partner that put me in a bad negotiating position. Darth was not only able to help me understand the actual circumstances of my position, he was also able to help develop and think through a favorable strategy. He had knowledge that can only come from experience as a successful litigator.  He never painted a rosey picture of the situation, but did offer alternatives that allowed us to build a winning strategy. One of the best and final catches was to ensure the new contract would dissolve the old contract even if it was breached.
